That’s why we don’t require contracts. We want our customers to stay with us because they trust our work, appreciate our consistency, and see real results—not because they’re obligated. Our flexible, no-contract approach gives you the freedom to choose what’s best for your home or business while still receiving dependable, high-quality pest control you can count on.

Our exact pricing is based on the service needed—regardless of whether it’s residential or commercial. Pricing varies based on property size and frequency of service chosen by the customer (monthly vs bi-monthly service).

• Additional specialized services are available, including but not limited to ant and flea full yard treatments, exterior spider control, and weep hole screening.

What pests does routine/general pest control service prevent?

• ​General pest control typically includes treatment for common pests such as ants inside, minor ant piles outside, roaches, spiders inside, rats/mice that require only 1 bait box, and other crawling insects, along with preventative measures to reduce future activity.

How often do pest control services have to be completed? 

• We offer both monthly and bi-monthly services for general pest control. ​Monthly pest control provides the highest level of protection and the fastest results. Because pests are active year-round, most customers choose monthly service to prevent issues before they start. Bi-monthly service is best suited for long-term maintenance after activity has been reduced. Regular service creates a protective barrier that helps keep pests out year-round. One-time services are also available for customers who prefer a single treatment.

• In addition to this, we do recommend full ant/flea yard service 2x per year; however, this is an additional service charge and is not required.

• For monthly and bi-monthly customers, if pests return between scheduled services, we encourage customers to contact us. Our goal is long-term protection, and we're happy to address concerns promptly to keep your property pest-free.
